For many people, personal missions are born from their childhood memories. Meet the man who has turned a family tradition of sharing into a large-scale project in Kazakhstan: IEF Admission, which helps students who dream of attending the world's top universities.

"I've always believed that education is more than just textbooks — it is every child's right to choose their own future."

My name is Ruslan, and I build bridges to the world of knowledge. My mother always taught me a simple rule: "Share your candy with those who have less." Today, that "candy" is opportunities: I want today's children to have far more open doors than I once had. My mission is to bring this right to every child, regardless of where they were born.

People often ask me: Why education?

The answer lies in my roots. No matter how much I tried to "escape" the field of education into marketing or other niches, life inevitably pulled me back. I suppose it's in my blood — my entire lineage consists of educators. My journey began 10 years ago, right after high school, when I enrolled to become a teacher. Eventually, this calling evolved into a major project called IEF Admission and the large-scale educational fairs that we co-organize.

The path home starts with talent

Sometimes, my work requires me to be more than just a consultant — I have to be a mentor and a patriot. I have a signature phrase that I say after every consultation with a parent or a child: "Please, come back home."

In Kazakhstan, we talk a lot about national strategies and joining the world's top 30 developed nations, but we often forget our most important resource — our own local talent. I truly believe it is time to nurture our gifted students right here, offer them the best conditions, and inspire them to stay to build the future of our country.

Challenges are just part of the route

Developing educational projects means constant travel, organizing major events, and thousands of consultations. In this fast-paced environment, I value safety, fairness, and peace of mind. For me, inDrive’s fair approach is not just a slogan; it's a confirmation that my work, my time, and the future of the children I am responsible for truly matter.

To every student who doubts their strength: do not be afraid to aim for the world's peaks. Study where you dream of studying, ask the big questions, and remember — your talents are needed here, at home.

You don't have to be loud to be powerful.
