On April 30th 2025, we officially launched a Driver Hub in the heart of Bali Island.

Our drivers are independent entrepreneurs who use our platform to earn an income. They’re the mainstay of the ride-hailing industry, and we want them to thrive – hence our driver hubs. They’re places to connect, relax, and access support.

Here, drivers working through our platform can come and speak to our representatives face-to-face (sometimes it’s just easier that way, right?). And, at the same time, we can gather insights into what drivers like (or don’t), what they’re having problems with, and how we can improve their experience of using our app.

It’s also a spot where drivers can take a break from the island heat, meet fellow drivers, and build a supportive community – because who else understands the challenges and opportunities like other drivers do?

And, as we grow our network of local partnerships, drivers hubs serve as places where we can connect drivers with the services we and our partners offer – such as insurance and, most recently, emergency loans through inDrive.Money.

Since it launched in Indonesia, drivers have been making good use of the loan facility, which they learn about at the driver’s hubs: driver Waluyo reports that he attended the product demo session at the Bandung driver's lounge and “knew I had to try inDrive.Money to help me pay for my motorbike repair cost.”

It was a good experience, he says: “it works wonderfully. The team from inDrive assisted me in my application and I'm happy with how quickly the money came through."

So, with the traditional 3 strikes of the gong signalling the beginning of a new and prosperous chapter, the Bali hub joins our drivers hubs in South Asia and Latam.
